How to evaluate the quality of UV printer?

1. The size of the equipment cannot be printed in full format. If not, the flat-panel printer may be modified, and the parts may be refurbished and used, which has not reached the original performance. Generally, it will be scrapped in two or three months. At the same time, the full-format printing will be carried out within 2-4 hours. If the middle positioning is inaccurate, the yin and yang color, flying ink, etc., it means that the equipment board system is not original.

2, printing gray, the original equipment can do it. Gray is not a spot color of gold and silver, so it can be printed without matching special ink. Generally, more than 90% of the modified UV flat-panel printers cannot print gray. This is because there are many defects in the color distribution program of the improved equipment board and card system. When printing some colors, there will be code errors, resulting in printing failure or color mismatch.

3. Print height test. Print a picture between 1 cm, 2 cm and 10 cm respectively, and add 0.5 cm for about 15 to 20 tests. High-quality UV flat-panel printers can print at different heights, but the improved UV flat-panel printers will have various problems, such as inaccurate positioning and ink flying once the height changes.
