The inkjet printing of the photo machine is powered by the related drive servo motor, which drives the nozzle carriage to run back and forth on the printing platform, and the stepper motor controls the related printing and paper feeding system. In the printing process of the photo machine, the operation of the motor provides the driving force for the photo machine, and it is also the root cause of the noise generated by the photo machine in operation.

When there is a lot of noise when the piezoelectric photo machine is running, it can usually be checked and solved in the following aspects.

1. Whether the frame installation of the photo machine and the connecting structures are fixed with screws, so during the installation of the new frame of the photo machine, we must pay attention to the fact that every connecting point of the frame installation is installed, and the screws should be fixed and tightened;

2. Check whether the related motor of the photo machine works normally?

3: Whether the motor and the spindle of the main engine are loose and not fixed properly;

4. Whether the tightness between the motor and the pulley is too loose or too tight can be observed and adjusted moderately;

5. The smoothness of the guide rail of the small frame of the photo machine. If the guide rail is uneven, there will be noise when the car is running, and there will be the phenomenon of the car shaking.

6. Flexibility of ink chain of photo machine, whether there are sundries and scraps of paper stuck, etc., is also one of the reasons that easily lead to noise generated by ink chain in the process of inkjet printing of photo machine.
